No shows, cancellations and rescheduling within 8 hours of your session will result in a full amount charge for that class.

If you will be missing a class, you must submit an email request to skip the class and we will schedule you for the following (5th) week. Your request must be submitted 12 hours before the lesson in order to be allowed to make-up a class. Keep in mind that your classes expire in 42 days.

No shows, cancellations and rescheduling within 12 hours of your session will result in a full amount charge for that class.

* If you are not renewing your Class Package, your work will be packed up and must be collected within 7 days of your package expiration date. Pieces left in the studio beyond the 7-day grace period will be discarded or donated. Please refer to ‘Pick Up Policy’ below.

Glaze Classes are scheduled only after you have been notified that your pieces are ready to glaze. Both Flexi and Series package holders may book any day and time.

At Hands In Clay, additional glaze classes are available at no additional charge. After 4 Make Classes, you will be able to return as many times as needed to finish applying color/glazing all of your work.

The complimentary Glaze Classes do not extend your package expiration date. Please note that your shelf space will not be kept unless you purchase another package.

After the 2-hour lesson we all work together for 30 mins to clean and dry our work stations. We will be teaching you how to properly clean ceramic studio equipment and surfaces. Improperly cleaned equipment can expose our lungs to hazardous clay dust. Cleaning eliminates clay residue and ensures that all visitors can breath easy in our space.

Once your package expires, you will have 7 days to pick up all of your work unless a new package is purchased. For work that is waiting to be fired and prior arrangements have been made, we will contact you when pieces are ready to pick up. Please do so within 7 days of being contacted.

Pottery left in the studio beyond the 14-day grace period will be discarded or donated.

If you are unable to clear your shelf yourself, please appoint someone else to do so for you.

If you want us to store your work, the cost is $3/day, to be paid prior to storage. Payment must be made no later than 14 days after your package expiration date.
